Pack 451's Photo Sharing Instruction Page

Sharing photos of Cub Scout events is easy.  Read the instructions below to get started.

How do I get started?

You'll need an account at www.KodakGallery.com.  It's FREE!!!  You just need to provide an email address and chose a password.  We have found KodakGallery.com to be very good about not sending spam advertising.  Let's hope it stays that way.

I have a KodakGallery.com account... now what?

Send an email to photosharing@pack451az.org to get on the Pack's notification list.  We'll send you a note and invite you to view new galleries as they are posted.

When you have been invited to view a shared gallery, you can view photos, order prints, download the photos to your computer, and order specialty products like calendars and mugs.

I just uploaded a new gallery to KodakGallery.com, now what?

Click Share Photos and send a share invitation to photosharing@pack451az.org.  Once we get your invitation, it will be shared with the entire Pack mailing list.

What about privacy?

KodakGallery.com allows for public photo galleries.  We have chosen to keep our galleries private and "invitation only".  This creates a little bit more tedium with all of the invitations, but we value our privacy and yours.

Why do I want to share my photos?  Or view other people's photos?

Sometimes when an event is over, you realize that you were the one taking all the pictures and didn't get into one single shot.  Someone else at the same event may have gotten a good picture of you that might be worth saving.  Similarly, you may have taken a picture of someone else at the event that they might value.
